CANCELLATIONS

Things happen and we understand, we gladly accept cancellations however as we ship pretty quickly, please contact us WITHIN 4 hours of your purchase for a free cancellation.

Order cancellation requested within 4 - 24 hours will be charged a US$5 cancellation fee.

After 24 hours of your purchase or dispatch of your order, whichever happens first, we unfortunately cannot accept any cancellations. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, however, please contact us within 3 days that you received your order and return to our address within 14 days for a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How to care

All jewelry should be taken off before showering/swimming/exercising, and kept clean & dry in a closed storage when not in use. Jewelry should be properly cleaned once in awhile in order for it to last longer.

STERLING SILVER / GOLD PLATED:
To clean Sterling Silver rub with baking soda + water paste, or toothpaste & water or jewelry cleaner. For Gold-fill use dish-wash detergent & water or jewelry cleaner. Be careful not to tangle chain. Sterling silver and gold filled components can last years of regular wear.
