Shipping policy

Processing time

  • All orders will be dispatched from Toronto, Canada within 1-3 business days after we received your order with cleared payment.
  • We ship Mondays - Fridays, unfortunately we do not ship on weekends or during public holidays.

Estimated delivery times and costs

Standard Shipping 

  • USA: 2-4 business days, USPS with tracking number
  • Canada: 2-8 business days, Canada Post with tracking number
  • FREE standard shipping on orders US$35 or more, or a flat shipping rate of US$6.5 for both USA & Canada orders under US$35.

Premium Shipping

  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or postal codes.
  • If your Canada Post or USPS tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered The Little Statement is not responsible for replacement. However please contact us if that happens and we will contact the postal offices and seek solutions for you.
  • Items that are delayed due to Canada Post or USPS are not covered for a refund if they are successfully delivered even though not on time. However please contact us if that happens and we will try our best to make things right for you.
